Apply for this scholarship program to undertake your PhD or EngD at A*STAR research institutes, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the National University of Singapore (NUS), the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), the Singapore Management University (SMU), or the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). This scholarship is available for research areas including Biomedical Sciences, Computing and Information Sciences, Engineering and Technology, and Physical Sciences.
The Benefits of the Scholarship
- The scholarships covers the followings:
- Tuition fees for 4 years
- Monthly allowance of S$2,700, which will increase to S$3,200 after passing the Qualifying Exam
- One-time air ticket support of up to S$1,500.
- S$1,000 settling-in allowance
Requirements
The general requirements of the program are as follows:
- Must be an international student with strong research skills and excellent academic results
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Two recommendation letters from academic referees
- A valid passport
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s academic transcripts
- Other supporting documents as needed.
